My Story

Back in October 2023 I started the "100 Albums Running Challenge". I've never been much of a runner, but decided to combine it with the challenge of listening to the top 100 albums of all time.

Taking on this challenge has really motivated me to start running more regularly. My physical and mental health has improved. I've already run over 250 miles and lost over a stone in weight.

One of my life goals for my 30s was to run a half marathon, so I decided to sign-up to the Brighton Half Marathon in February. My target is to complete the race in less than two hours.

I'll be running for St Barnabas House in memory of all the family members we've sadly lost over the past few years. Hospices play such a vital role and in the past eight years working for St Barnabas I've witnessed that first hand.

Any support you're able to give would be massively appreciated and will help to ensure the hospice can continue providing care for people in our local community at a time when they need it most.

Thank you!
